9. yes, sound A LOT better… as for power… eh… semi… but it is worth it, just dont go all out and buy the volant, wich is like $400, thats not worth it!

10. Yeah they cool down the air mixture in your air/fuel mix. Kinda like how people use NOS to give them boost.

    Cooling down the oxygen your car uses reduces the amount of gas needed to provide the same amount of power so you have increased MPG and increased Horsepower.
